Lengthen, strengthen & tone your body while increasing stability & mobility. 
 CARDIO SCULPT Try thius challenging cardio & muscle conditioning class for a super workout.
 CARDIO MIX

All cardio - an aerobic endurance challenge using a variety of formats &
equipment. 

ABS + BUNS OF STEEL This class introduces a variety of core exercises with a focus on toning abs & buns.
 PUMP IT UP

An endurance & strength training class for all levels - targeting & defining all
major muscles.

EARLY BIRD BOOT CAMP Start your day with cardio, strength & core exercises.
 CORE & STRETCH A 45 minute class focusing on core stabilization & flexibility training.
 BOXER'S WORKOUT Learn boxing techniques & get an amaxing muscle conditioning workout.
 X-BIKE

This class offers an enhanced total body fitness & cardio conditioning workout
while bringing the natural movements of outdoor cycling indoors.

 ULTIMATE CIRCUIT

 Interval training done on using marchines, equipment & indoor track. 
Go at your own pace & enjoy strength/endurance benefits.

Water exercise is highly recommended to improve your endurance & flexibility -
join this fun class.

 DW FITNESS Focus on cardiovascular & muscle conditioning - join us if you want to be challenged. 
 DW BOOT CAMP Challenging work/rest intervals of varying durations for muscle conditions &
aerobic benefits.
 AQUA THERAPY Gentle, low intensity exercises help improve mobility, endurance & rehabilitation. 
Participants with arthritis, fibromyalgia, bac k muscle /joint injuries will benefit .

  ON THE BALL Stability balls add an extra core and conditioning challenge.
CARDIO KICK BOXING This circuit style kick boxing class is an invigorating muscle conditioning workout
designed  to challenge your cardio level while incorporating strong punches + kicks.
