Loyalty Programs

Once you join our facility, we want you to stay!  In addition to providing you with superior programs, facilities and services, we have also put together some loyalty incentives for you to renew. 

Annual Membership Bonus
As an annual member, you are receiving our best valued membership.  Effective January 1st, 2008, all annual members now receive 1 FREE hour of personal training ($59/value) with their membership purchase.  Kick-start your workouts with a personalized fitness program! 

4 Month Upgrade Option
Lots of people purchase a 4 month membership because they are new to our facility and want to try us out.  Our goal is to have you become a permanent member and stay.  That's why we will let you upgrade to an annual pass anytime before your membership expires and only pay the difference.  This means that you can add 8 months for around the same price as your original 4 month pass.  More information on Upgrades.

Add 10 Continuous Renewal Program
Keeping our members is important to us, and staying physically active on a regular basis is important for you.  
That's why we encourage our members to take advantage of our continuous renewal program called ADD 10.  Here's how the program works:  if you renew your  membership BEFORE it expires and purchase an annual membership, you can add 10 bonus days on to your membership expiry date for free.  Please note that you are not eligible for this bonus once your membership expires. 

Add 20 - 30 Membership Referral Program
When you purchase a membership at FLC, you will automatically receive a one week free trial pass to give to a friend.  If your referral becomes a member, we will ADD 20 or ADD 30 FREE days onto your membership expiry date. 
Here’s how it works:
·   Add 20 - Refer-a-Friend:  Refer a NEW member to our facility (minimum value $300 after any discounts) and add 20 bonus days onto your membership.
·   Add 30 - Refer-a-Family:  Refer a NEW family to our facility (minimum value $600 after any discounts) and add 30 bonus days onto your membership.
No Restrictions!  Add 20 - 30 as many times as you want!
